I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! First of all, the location is absolutely perfect. Just a block from the shore of Lake Llanquihue, I enjoyed beautiful views and easy access to the lakefront. The hotel is also conveniently located within walking distance of many local restaurants and cafes, making it a great choice for dining options. Additionally, the staff at this hotel were incredibly attentive and provided great service throughout my stay. They were always available to assist with any requests and made me feel very welcome. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, with basic amenities and even snowy pictures on all the channels. And a major plus point for me was that breakfast was included in the rate! It was a delicious spread, with a variety of options to choose from. I highly recommend this hotel for its value for money, attention to detail, great location, friendly staff, and scrumptious breakfast.

This hotel is a hidden gem by Lake Llanquihue, offering great value for money. The rooms are spacious and clean, with recently renovated bathrooms. The complimentary breakfast is simple but plentiful, and the Wi-Fi works well throughout the hotel. The location is fantastic, being just a block from the lake and within walking distance of numerous restaurants and cafes.

No fridge in the room, but they graciously stored our medicines for us.

This cozy little hotel had everything I needed to make my trip enjoyable. the rooms were clean and the staff was very helpful throughout my stay. The location was also superb, right in the heart of the town with easy access to everything. Another aspect that I really enjoyed was the delicious breakfast that was served every morning. The variety of food that was on offer was just amazing, and it was the perfect start to my day.

Although my stay was fantastic, there was just one thing that I wasn't too keen on, the steep stairs leading up to my room. It wasn't a huge inconvenience, but it would be better if there was someone to help with heavy luggage.
